The Varier Kneel Chair (Variable balans) sophisticated kneeling design provides optimal comfort while gently switching between kneeling and the more traditional posture. As name indicates, variation is key. Give your feet the freedom to move as well: for example, periodically alternate both feet in front of you – this is the proper way to use the chair. Kneeling is just one of many postures.
