Return Policy
Purchases from healthyposturestore.com are returnable within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and in like new condition.
Your happiness is important to us, yet due to certain Manufactures* policies custom configured, special order products are not returnable.
*All sales are final for Open/Repack Box Specials
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all opened items returns.
Please understand that when a product is returned, it cannot be resold as a new product in original packing.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for round trip shipping on returned items. If you received free shipping then actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- All items must be returned in their original factory packaging and in "like new" condition and will include original packaging material, manuals, and other accessories provided by Manufacturer.
If any component of the return product is missing, Healthy Posture Store return procedure will be breached and Healthy Posture Store will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges (i.e. a 25% restocking fee) against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
When returning a product contact us via info@healthyposturestore.com and we will respond in 3-5 business days with complete instructions related to return. Please note: Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which will expire 7 days after being issued. You are responsible for securely returning the item to the address designated by Healthy Posture Store. Once the product you ship back to us is confirmed received and inspected,return credit will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method. Please note return/credit process takes 2-3 weeks.
In the event of shipping error, a full refund including shipping charges, or an exchange, will be issued upon receipt of merchandise. Call tags are issued to the original shipping address.
In the event of missing or defective part, replacement part will be mailed at earliest at no extra cost.
How to Cancel an Order
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. Please email us at info@healthyposturestore.comif you should choose to cancel your order. We promise to make every effort to cancel your order before it ships.
- If we are unable to cancel an item before it ships, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
- Custom configured or built-to-order products may incur a cancellation fee varying by product.
- Once material has been cut for upholstery, special order chairs may not be eligible for cancellation. In some cases chairs still eligible for cancellation may be subject to restocking fees or fabric cut charges.
- Refusal to accept delivery after order is shipped will be subject to standard return policies.
We will confirm all cancellations submitted to us, whether successful or not, via e-mail or by phone.
General shipping information:
Healthy Posture Store offers free shipping on products shipped within the continental United States. Shipping to HI, AK and PR is provided at discounted rate with your approval. All items will ship via standard ground service using the best method for each application. Healthy Posture Store will provide tracking details in a timely manner to allow our clients the ability to identify a delivery date and make any necessary arrangements.
Ground shipments typically do not require signatures. It is the customer's responsibility to request a signature to be required at delivery, and we do not take responsibility for orders stolen or tampered with after successful delivery.
Please note that some items, including adjustable desks, chairs and multiple items in one order will ship via freight carrier. We strongly recommend to use this tracking information to contact the freight carrier being used for your shipment. Working closely with the freight company will insure a smooth delivery. Failure to coordinate delivery may result in storage and reconsignment fees at the end-user's expense.
All shipments must be thoroughly inspected for any sign of damage BEFORE signing the carrier's freight bill. The driver is required to wait during your inspection. If there is damage, note the damage on the carriers delivery receipt and be specific. Examples: Desk top damaged, corner is crushed or one box damaged subject to inspection. Hold all damaged goods and their packaging material for inspection. If you have the ability to photograph the transit damage please do so immediate and email it to us. Damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
By signing the carrier's freight bill, without any notations of damage, you are agreeing the shipment was delivered in good condition. We have no recourse to file a freight damage claim once the shipment was signed for as received in good condition.
Freight deliveries will always be "curbside" with the client being responsible for the movement of items from the original drop-off location. Please retain all boxes and packing material in the case of damage or possible returns.
Damaged Items During Freight/Shipping
If your product arrived damaged or came defective upon delivery, we will make sure that you get a replacement part or a brand new unit as soon as possible – DO NOT REJECT THE SHIPMENT. We cannot provide service if the order is refused at the time of delivery due to damage.
Items damaged during shipping are addressed by the manufacturer. At the manufacturer’s discretion, items will be repaired or replaced. The process is simple:
- Report the damages within 5 days of delivery
- Document the damage with images. Email images to info@healthyposturestore.com
- We will contact you with status of the parts within 1-2 business days of receiving the request.
- If customer decides to return damaged items even after the manufacturer’s decision to either repair or replace the item the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Warranty Information
All warranty claims are processed in accordance with the policies of each item's manufacturer. In many cases claims should be filed directly with our manufacturer and Healthy Posture Store will aid as much as possible to help facilitate the claims process. Please note that it is very common for manufacturers to send replacement parts to address warranty issues. Manufacturer warranties will not cover any costs associated with repair. Again, Healthy Posture Store will work in accordance with the policies of the manufacturers to aid in these repairs.
