Coverage generally applies to the original purchaser only and is valid for orders placed through Healthy Posture Store.

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by commercial use when item is rated for residential use

  • Electrical surge damage without surge protection
  • Damage from improper assembly

4. Warranty Periods (General Guide)

While each brand is different, most items fall within these ranges:

  • Ergonomic Chairs: 1-10 years
  • Sit-Stand Desks: 2-5 years (varies by frame, motors, and electronic components)
  • Accessories: 1-2 years
  • Seat Supports (e.g., Sacro-Ease): : 1-5 years, depending on model and materials

5. Filing a Warranty Claim

Once received, our team will:

  • Review your claim

  • Provide updates throughout the process

6. Replacement Parts & Repairs

Depending on the manufacturer:

  • Replacement parts may be shipped directly to you
  • Repair technicians may be assigned (for certain commercial warranties)
  • Some brands require the product to be shipped back for inspection
