Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases refunds are processed more quickly. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3–5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (5–10 business days).

Shipping

Most of our products ship free within the contiguous (lower 48) United States.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may incur additional charges due to oversized packaging and air freight requirements. Shipping costs vary by product.

We pass on the actual shipping cost with no markup.
