Shipping & Damaged Items
Most ergonomic chairs, desks, and seating products ship in large or oversized boxes. Delivery times vary by manufacturer and inventory.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an item has shipped, it becomes a return and is subject to return fees and shipping costs.

- If an order is in production, cancellation may not be possible
- Once a shipping label is created, the order cannot be canceled
