Petite Office Chairs

5 Products

Standard office chairs are often too deep for users under 5'4", causing poor circulation and a lack of lumbar support. Our petite collection features specialized seat pans (16"-18") and lower height ranges to ensure your feet stay flat and your spine remains in a neutral, supported position.

The Importance of Seat Depth for Petite Users

The 2-Inch Rule: To prevent leg numbness and sciatica, there should be a 2-inch gap between the front of the seat and the back of your knees.

For smaller individuals, a standard 18-inch seat depth is a primary cause of back pain. It forces the user to "perch" on the edge of the chair, leaving the lumbar spine unsupported. Our petite chairs offer 16-inch to 18-inch seat depths and specialized gas cylinders that allow the chair to drop low enough for feet to remain firmly on the floor, promoting healthy blood flow.
